Payment Methods

The method of payment available will typically depend on that total value of the purchase and/or the level of relationship we have with a particular client. Within each lot or item listing, the payment method will be visibly listed prior to checkout.

  Available for: All samples located within the Sample Portal, or for very small lot purchases.

  Available for: All small lot purchases.
  
  PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you go to the PayPal site, where you can send your payment. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
  
  Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). We do not see your credit card number since it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use. When you select Credit Card as the payment method, you will be taken to the PayPal site where you can pay your order.

  This payment method is available for all clients with a U.S. business bank account with check writing capability. All merchandise will not be shipped until the check has fully cleared.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed within 24 business hours of receipt and approval. Business days are Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm PST.

• FedEx Ground > $9.00 / Delivery within in 5-7 business days
• FedEx 2Day > $22.00 / Delivery within in 2 business days
• FedEx Overnight > $25.00 / Standard overnight delivery by next business afternoon
  
  

International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:

• Weight and dimensions of package
• The location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region)
• The location the seller is shipping to (also called the destination country or region)

Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees.

Receiving Your Items

When you receive your item, please inspect it right away to ensure it matches the description in the listing. If something is unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to correct any errors on our behalf.

Refunds & Returns

We offer a standard 30 day money back guarantee on all credit card orders. We will gladly exchange your purchase or credit your account.

To Return or Exchange a purchase:

To return a product that has already been shipped, please contact Customer Service for assistance, or visit the My Account page of our web site. There, you can select the Return Orders link and generate an RMA number online.

When shipping package back to us, please include this RMA number on the packaging. All instructions for returning an item are contained on the shipping slip packaged with your order. Please be sure to keep this form for 30 days after your purchase.

How to Send Back your Return:

To ship an item back to us, simply pack your item and invoice into a package and affix the prepaid mailing label.
