New Buyers Guide - Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt and approval. Business days are Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm PST.

The costs for all bulk orders are factored based on the following:  

• Weight and dimensions of package
  
• The location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region)
• The location the seller is shipping to (also called the destination country or region)

All quoted domestic and international shipping rates can be viewed in the lot detail page of each lot listing. You will be notified of any changes to your order total as a result of any shipping prior to wiring payment.  

We will ship lot purchases to any country.   

Online Store Shipping

• USPS (Delivery within in 2-4 business days after max. 48 hour processing timeframe)

• UPS Ground (Delivery within in 3-7 business days after max. 48 hour processing timeframe)

• UPS 2Day > (Delivery within in 2 business days after max. 48 hour processing timeframe)

Orders that need to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  This service is typically a 2-3 day service but is subject to delays during this time.

We welcome international orders. Costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees.

For our Clearance Store Sales, currently we offer ONLY expedited international shipping by USPS Global Express Mail to a number of international countries, shown below. We offer this service primarily because it offers the security of full package tracking during transit, and is the lowest cost method of shipping internationally. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.

Orders placed from destinations not listed will be cancelled.  Refused packages will be billed all shipping costs.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
